The Data Virtualization project was a significant and complex testing challenge, primarily utilized by data science teams. Our team, including QA, had to quickly adapt and take over the responsibilities from the previous China team. The project involved managing test data using a Data Virtualization tool, conducting both manual and automated testing to ensure quality and functionality.

This project involved testing web applications across various domains such as CMS, Commerce, and Finance. It required reviewing requirements, structuring test cases, and performing both functional and non-functional tests, as well as API tests. A significant achievement was creating automation solutions that improved daily tasks and reduced the time required for manual regression tests by 70%. Additionally, the automation core solution was enhanced to assist other teams in improving their own automation code. The project setup was instrumental in transitioning projects to the Vietnam team, leading to the receipt of quarterly awards for outstanding employee performance.

This project involved testing a Windows application for the Vietnamese Government. The role included reviewing requirements, conducting test case structures, and performing both functional and non-functional testing. The project utilized IBM Rational testing tools to carry out API tests, automate and perform manual testing processes. Responsibilities also included leading a team of six, training colleagues with no testing background, achieving an ISTQB foundation level, and conducting security testing using IBM AppScan.
