A centralized cloud management system designed to manage millions of network and IoT devices for leading network service providers in the US, such as Lumen and BrightSpeed.

Developed a module on CPE devices of Axon networks to communicate with the management cloud through a custom-defined protocol to enable features such as service provisioning, remote configuration, status reporting, remote maintenance and diagnostics, firmware upgrade, remote program execution, log collection, and event notification. Designed communication protocol between cloud and devices. Developed a Software Development Kit for third-party vendor devices for integration with the Axon cloud.
