CPC-eOffice

The goal of CPC-eOffice project is to manage dispatch & work to Vietnam's central power corporation and to build CHAT (chat.cpc.vn) software similar to Skype (but has some features that doesn't have in Skype) in order to helping everyone can communicate in local community and number of interactive users is up to 4000 users.
