Managed and enhanced sales and CRM products critical to the company's ERP system. These products played a vital role in optimizing sales operations by integrating multi-platform customer service, including message consolidation and review management, as well as tools for demand and supply forecasting, and a landing page service.
Led the ideation, design, development, and launch of a chat tool that integrates shoppers' messages from Shopee, Lazada, and various other e-commerce platforms, significantly reducing response time from 5 to 2 minutes per customer, on average, for each representative.
Led the development of a demand and supply forecast tool from conception to launch, utilizing historical sales data to assist account managers in planning for upcoming months and major sales events. This tool, launched in July 2021, features real-time inventory syncing and an auto-save capability.
Directed the design, development, and deployment of a landing page tool with inventory sync and checkout options, which became the second most utilized sales channel at OnPoint in 2021.
Spearheaded the development and launch of Moira.vn, the company's cosmetics retail channel, which included its website and admin portal.
Conducted user education sessions on product usage and created Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for each product.
