Darling Ingredients needs to redesign news sitemaps, perform content audits, and develop migration plans and roadmaps for migrating a bundle of brand site content into the new Sitecore CMS. The design, development, and migration of the 24 sub-brands to a new Sitecore will ensure a marketable digital experience that better aligns with Darling Ingredients' new corporate site.

- Coordinate technical and delivery issues between onsite teams in the US, Colombia, and UK, and the team in Vietnam. - In charge of technical oversight of projects, leading and reviewing technical solutions (PoC). - Govern coding standards, quality gates, and GitHub pull request (PR) processes. - Responsible for project delivery and resolving blockers or impediments. - Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, determine the best technical implementation methods, collaborate with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches. - Manage directly Sitecore Tech Leads across-projects in the Vietnam Office (4 headcounts). - Led the team to deliver an outstanding 1st MVP, which won a new contract (~$8 million) from the client for 2024, allowing us to increase our headcount by over 20.

Key projects include creating a Property Management System (PMS), a Central Reservation System (CRS), and a Channel Manager System to facilitate room sales through OTAs. The product was named Cirrus and build from ground-up using Microservices and Cloud-Native mindset.
