HomeTrust was managing over 80 projects with more than 300 users, each following different management processes. This fragmentation led to inefficiencies, inconsistent security practices, and challenges in maintaining compliance. The organization needed to:
• Migrate all projects to a unified management process.
• Implement security scans and compliance checks for all activities within Azure DevOps.
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project timelines and metrics.
• Automate IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to improve operational efficiency.
Implemented Static Application Security Testing (SAST) across over 80 Azure DevOps projects using Checkmarx, enhancing security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
Migrated all projects to a new Agile inherited process template, unifying management processes and improving team collaboration.
Streamlined branch and pipeline standards by establishing naming conventions, enforcing policies, removing stale items, and ensuring security compliance.
Designed and implemented a centralized dashboard and delivery plan for enhanced data visualization, aiding stakeholders in strategic decision-making.
Created customized Power BI dashboards connecting multiple data sources-including Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Datadog-to provide insights into project metrics, team performance, and delivery timelines.
Integrated Azure DevOps with ServiceNow to automate IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
Published the portfolio roadmap and feature timelines across projects using Azure DevOps extensions, improving transparency and alignment with business objectives.
