HomeTrust was overseeing more than 80 projects with a user base exceeding 300 individuals, each utilizing distinct management processes. This fragmentation resulted in inefficiencies, inconsistent security measures, and difficulties in maintaining compliance. The organization prioritized the following: migrating all projects to a cohesive management process, implementing security scans and compliance checks for all Azure DevOps activities, providing stakeholders with transparent visibility into project timelines and metrics, and automating IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Implemented Static Application Security Testing (SAST) across over 80 Azure DevOps projects using Checkmarx, enhancing security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle. Migrated all projects to a new Agile inherited process template, unifying management processes and improving team collaboration. Streamlined branch and pipeline standards by establishing naming conventions, enforcing policies, removing stale items, and ensuring security compliance. Designed and implemented a centralized dashboard and delivery plan for enhanced data visualization, aiding stakeholders in strategic decision-making. Created customized Power BI dashboards connecting multiple data sources, including Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Datadog, to provide insights into project metrics, team performance, and delivery timelines. The project involves designing a new version of the PenPro+ system for the Pension Technology Group.

Designed and implemented high-availability and security-compliant infrastructure architectures across multiple regions. Refactored Infrastructure as Code (IaC) from Azure Resource Manager (ARM) to Terraform. Established a monitoring, logging, and alert system to detect incidents across environments. Implemented and maintained CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, integrating with SonarCloud for quality gates (security compliance, code coverage, etc.). Developed Azure Functions and automation scripts for various tasks. Migrated applications from using App Services and Function Apps to Azure Kubernetes Service. License Management System (LMS) Migration - Korea
