Launched the TBOX app, which sells movie tickets and vouchers from BHD, Cinestar, and Lotte cinemas. Integrated Napas, Cybersoure, and MOMO payment gateways for the TBOX app. Launched Ticket Box services on all platforms of TIKI: Desktop, Mobile Web, iOS, and Android app.

Participates in software application planning, specification, design, development, and implementation from a quality assurance perspective. ● Analyzes the product requirements and provides feedback/recommendations/concerns to the Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to ensure the quality of the final product. ● Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities. ● Works with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. ● Identify, address, and troubleshoot the issues which occur. ● Do root cause analysis and help pinpoint where services/daemons are broken, finding related logs and ways to reproduce the issues quickly. ● Develop test plans and types (i.e., integration, smoke, regression, etc...) for product releases. ● API testing with the Postman application. ● Work closely with product and engineering to gather all needed specs/requirements to solidify the test plan and proactively give feedback/suggestions to improve QA processes.
