Initiate new features, draft mockups, finalize UI & user flow, prioritize backlog, and manage release plan, ensuring end-user's smooth shopping and repayment experience. Work with third parties from beginning till live on partnerships & integration (payment gateways, ecommerce platforms, eKYC partner, banks, credit scoring vendors, major merchants), securing on-time, quality, and desirable delivery. Create and maintain Google Data Studios reports from GA/Big Query/db data. Analyze data to get insights for operational improvements and product/platform enhancements.

SaveMoney - Vietnam

SaveMoney is a project focused on creating a seamless digital platform for purchasing insurance products. This involves collaborating with various insurers and distributors to offer a fully digital experience.

Project Management - Worked closely with insurers and distributors, including e-wallets (ZaloPay, VNPAY), banks (Nam A Bank, TNEX), and telecom companies (Viettel Digital, MobiFone), to enable the digital purchase of insurance products such as motorbike, car, and healthcare insurance. Project Management - Managed the workload and collaboration of a 17-member team across business analysis, design, development, and quality control using the Agile/SCRUM framework to ensure system capability for configuring, selling, and managing various insurers' products on diverse distributor platforms. Product Management - Reviewed and finalized the Business Requirements Document (BRD) to develop InsurTech microservice features, including third-party services (such as payment and underwriting), auto debit, claim processing, and more.
