YODY - Online to Offline Retail Management System
The Online to Offline (O2O) project is a comprehensive retail management system that encompasses inventory management, supply chain management, and omnichannel sales management, integrating platforms such as POS systems, social media, and e-commerce. My contributions focus on five key modules: account management, product management, purchase order processing, promotion handling, and analytics.
Design project architecture customized to the operational needs of the business domain.
Explore and implement new technologies to leverage and improve the technical ability of the team.
Review code and give feedback to other members to maintain a high-quality codebase.
Develop, hold meetings with the development team, and implement front-end architecture to support user interface and experience concepts.
Define technical challenges such as bugs or logical bottlenecks and devise respective solutions.
Interview and mentor new team members to elevate their performance and skills.
Monitor and improve the overall front-end performance of the project.
Lead and guide the team effectively.
Identify and eliminate issues that obstruct team and product development, ensuring timely and resource-efficient project progression.
Enhance the strengths of team members to optimize productivity.
Organize and facilitate Scrum events: planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
