This system allows accountants and financial staff to view the list of existing terms in the system. Accountants can create a new term, and both accountants and financial staff can view a term details page and start a term, so that the financial plan and expense report can be uploaded. On the other hand, users can import a financial plan, view its details, edit, delete, and submit a financial plan, view the details of a monthly expense report, edit a monthly expense report by re-uploading the file, and export the expense report by downloading it. Additionally, the admin can create a new user, edit user information, and activate or deactivate a user.
