The Volte Project focuses on creating a 5-year business and product mission and vision. It involves the development of annual plans across business, financial, product, sales, marketing, and human resources. The project includes weekly and monthly reporting, risk and issue management, and research and development of products such as mGate (Industrial Protocol Converter), SCADA gateway, and SCMS (Substation Control and Management System). Additionally, it aims to enhance the Volte brand through effective brand positioning, storytelling, and character development.

As the Product Owner and Project Manager for Vuihoc Duo, I spearheaded the research and development of the Vuihoc Duo product, which serves as a comprehensive upgrade to the Self-study platform. My role involved crafting and implementing the go-to-market strategy for Vuihoc Duo, establishing a detailed roadmap, and tracking its performance. I also collaborated with sales and marketing teams to enhance the product, streamline processes, and drive revenue and profit.

Led the development of a comprehensive core product including Lending, P2P, and BNPL features. Created a CMS for Loan, User, and Transaction Management, Product Management, Report Board, and Marketing Tools. Developed Credit Scoring, Audit Process, Debt Collection Process, and Product Rules. Defined product vision, UX/UI, and product roadmap. Collaborated with cross-functional partners such as Payment Gateway 9pay, eKYC & OCR provider HyperVerge, Financial Organizations like Mirae Asset and MCredit, and Customer Data Platform Clevertap. Documented and managed work progress with the development team through PRDs.

Collaborated with a cross-functional team, including Product, Customer Support, Development, Quality Control, and Design, to establish strategies for growth and achieving OKR goals. Developed and executed a variety of content campaigns aimed at driving education and engagement. Analyzed data to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepared and presented recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level. Led scrum teams as the Product Owner, providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. Defined product vision, user experience, and interface, as well as the roadmap and growth opportunities. Managed the product backlog, iteration planning, and detailed user stories.

The project involves implementing a structured marketing schedule on a weekly and monthly basis. Responsibilities include managing content across social media and digital platforms, with a specific focus on Instagram. Marketing campaigns are executed on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. The role includes managing marketing performance across various channels such as newspapers, KOLs, and events. Additionally, the project requires setting up and managing online sales platforms like Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, and Sendo. Efforts are made to enhance product and brand imagery to attract more customers. The task also involves hosting product introduction events and evaluating campaign results.
