The project involves developing an advanced AI application that seamlessly integrates with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. As a generative AI companion, Cogni enhances Salesforce CRM functionalities by offering real-time data insights, personalized communication, and streamlined workflows. The aim is to empower businesses of all sizes with user-friendly AI-driven tools to boost efficiency and customer engagement. The application revolves around three main components: Salesforce, AWS, and AI Integration. Within Salesforce, a chatbot utility is built using the LWC component. The AWS segment includes two services written in Python (for AI model integration) and NodeJS (for validation and authentication). AI integration utilizes Langchain for GPT model integration. A security submission package (2GP) has been successfully built and passed, though not yet published.

Developed a CRM application based on the Veeva CRM concept to support Multi Cycle Plan Channel (MCCP). The application centralizes activities from multiple CRM areas to guide users on which channel activities offer the most value for their targets. It also supports planning and interaction-based activity calculations to illustrate progress. Migrated the classic version (VisualForce) to Lightning Web Component. Integrated messaging applications like Zalo and WhatsApp with Salesforce for live chat functionalities. Developed a bi-directional synchronization application to connect MCCP data with external system APIs. Created an admin page on Salesforce for model mapping configuration, endpoint setup, authentication/authorization, and batch job setup. Designed a custom dashboard for offline usage on iPad based on the VeevaCRM mobile app. Built packaging for security submission (1GP), including MCCP Fasttrack and XPower Connect. Provided support for Service Cloud tasks related to Fossil's project.

This project is focused on the construction domain and serves to enhance management and statistics. The management feature allows operators to assign tasks to workers and track their progress. It supports an offline mode, enabling workers to use the app without an internet connection, with data syncing once they’re back online. The statistics feature gathers data from customer inputs and construction equipment (e.g., drilling and pumping machines). Users can track progress through timeline logs and generate reports using pie charts, with support for PDF and CSV export.

Priint Suite assists manufacturers in creating product catalogues by automating the inclusion of product information details, specifications, and design elements. Each customer can generate thousands of catalogue pages, with the main task being data preparation. All other processes, such as layout, page decoration, and image placement, are automated. The system runs on a GlassFish server hosted on a Windows virtual machine and retrieves data from sources like PIM software, RESTful web services, and MySQL databases. Users can utilize an InDesign client tool or a web interface to plan and execute document generation with just one click. Additionally, there are several customization options available during the generation process to enhance the appearance of the document and ensure it aligns with the content.

Designed and implemented a microservice middleware to facilitate communication between the Magento Virtual Marketplace System (VMS) and the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The middleware acts as an adapter to forward requests between VMS and WMS, handling specific data processing logic. For instance, when an order is prepared for shipment, VMS sends the order details to the middleware, which processes the information and forwards it to WMS for the pick and pack (P&P) process. After P&P is completed, WMS communicates back with the middleware to select the best courier, generate the shipping label, and update the shipment status on the VMS interface.

A small web application facilitating appointments between salesmen and customers in the insurance sector. Customers can view detailed product information and easily set up an appointment with a salesman for further discussions and contract signing. Upon selecting a preferred time and location, an email notification is sent to the salesman for confirmation and follow-up.

This project focuses on aiding developers and testers by streamlining the automation software creation process for ECUs (Electronic Control Units) used in car multimedia systems. The software system handles the entire development cycle with just a few clicks on the GUI: it performs requirement analysis by validating inputs such as databases, Excel, and XML files; it automates the implementation by generating source code from the inputs; and it facilitates testing by integrating with third-party libraries to conduct automated tests.
